Get Your Golf Team Ready

Happy New Year to everyone.

I hope you are able to start planning for this years Pro-Grad Golf Tournament.

It is set for a 1:30 shotgun start on Sunday April 1, 2007.

The Golf Tournament will be held at the beautiful and challenging Columbia Lakes Golf Course.

Please assemble a scramble team and get ready for an afternoon of fun and competition.

Please use the document links (to the right) to print forms you may need to complete your part of the tournament participation. A signup form for Golf Teams is there, as well as a Sponsorship form, a Flyer of the tournament details, and instructions for the seniors. These forms will open in a seperate window, then use your browser's print function to print the form.
